At the Red Hat Summit: Connect 2025 in Rome, Par-Tec presented a live demo on cloud-native security and resilience, based on the integration of Red Hat OpenShift – enhanced by the advanced capabilities of OpenShift Virtualization – with Pure Storage Portworx, a Kubernetes-native software-defined storage solution.
The showcased scenario – asynchronous Disaster Recovery between clusters running mixed workloads (containers and virtual machines) – demonstrated how organizations can protect data and orchestrate failover and failback in an automated way, without relying on separate tools or experiencing prolonged service interruptions.
